Main Areas

My publications focus on managerial control theory, models, and education, including constructivist and socio-cognitive approaches in accounting. I have contributed to the study of digital learning ecosystems and the integration of VR and AI technologies into experiential and dialogic teaching. My includes practice-based and developmental research, prototyping technology-enhanced learning solutions for management accounting and entrepreneurship education. I also published on cross-cultural and indigenous management research, particularly Chinese versus Western practices in control and performance measurement. Recent research outputs include book chapters, peer-reviewed articles, case studies, and conference papers advancing innovation in management education.
