Academic Profile

I have over 15 years’ teaching experience in managerial accounting, auditing, corporate governance, and digital learning innovation, across Europe and Asia. I served as Associate Professor of Practice and Educational Developer at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) for ten years, where he also held leadership roles such as Deputy Head of Accounting & Finance and Faculty Lead of the IBSS@Data Mining Lab. My research focuses on technology-enhanced experiential learning, managerial control theory, and digital learning ecosystems. I have published in peer-reviewed journals, Springer, Palgrave, Brill, and IGI Global, and regularly presents at leading international conferences (EAIR, MARG, ACBES…). I am a co-editor of a volume at  IGI Global Publishing on practice-led research.

我拥有超过15年的管理会计、审计、公司治理及数字化学习创新领域的教学经验，足迹遍布欧洲与亚洲。我曾于西交利物浦大学（XJTLU）担任实践型副教授与教育开发者长达十年，并在此期间兼任会计与金融系副主任及IBSS@数据挖掘实验室学科负责人等领导职务。我的研究聚焦于技术赋能的体验式学习、管理控制理论与数字化学习生态系统。作品发表于同行评审期刊及Springer、Palgrave、Brill、IGI Global等出版社，定期出席EAIR、MARG、ACBES等国际顶尖会议。目前担任IGI Global出版物实践导向研究专刊的联合主编。

Currently I am a Visiting Lecturer at several institutions in China including Southwestern University of Finance & Economics (Chengdu campus), Shenzhen University and Shanghai Jiaotong University. I am also an Senior Educational Consultant based in Shanghai (China)

I hold a PhD in Management Sciences (Accounting & Controlling) from the University of Strasbourg, and I am a Sloan Fellow of London Business School. I am a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and bring then-year corporate experience from Lafarge, Areva, KPMG, and Heineken to my academic and consulting work.
